No Dumping

Why this sign?
This sign has so much character. It is located at the entrance of an alley that is a really bad area for dumping, abandoned cars, etc, but it shows how this neighborhood, like much of the city, refuses to die. The words are spelled wrong, the sign is in a place where almost no one would notice it, and certainly, no one heeds the warning; but it is an attempt nonetheless, at saying, "we're not giving up. SOMEONE cares about this place."
