It's funky, yet not too outlandish...a good indication of the Beehive itself- undefinable.

Great old sign, a Pgh landmark. Thanks for posting it- I'm a 'burgh expatriate and this was one of my hang-outs last century.

I have not been in Pittsburg since 1996. That is a decade ago!! I only lived there a year or so, but the single most pleasurable experience I remember, is the time spent at the Beehive!!! Both the Oakland and South Side locations.....Ahhhh the bliss and inspiration I remember experiencing there!!!! Thanks, Beehive:)
