Workman's Bar

Photographer: Clarence Watt
Date: December, 2004
Place: Corner of South Washington and Shearer, Greensburg
Why this sign?
I wonder if their name is Workman or are they trying to appeal to our blue collar roots. Why does a bar have Coca-Cola on their sign ?

I am very familiar with this establishment. I have habituated it for more than 20 years. The sign is intended to attract the working element and has nothing to do with a person's name. It is my favorite bar in the whole world.
