Pittsburgh Signs Project editors had dinner at Sweet Basil & La Filipiniana on Sunday night. So of course the sign was documented. I particularly like the lighting and the small "A" in "La."

The food is terrific. Presentation is whimsical. Comparable to Spice Island, but the inside decor is fancier, and the garden dining is informal but wonderful.
